Photograph Download Terms

Please read the license shown for your selected product and use. It explains what you may do with the photographs. Personal use, band promotion, and other licenses can grant different permissions. These general terms apply alongside that license. Any broader permission expressly granted in the product license or separately agreed with Michael Mester remains available.

Copyright remains with Michael Mester. Buying or receiving a photograph gives you the permission described in its license. It does not transfer copyright ownership or include RAW files unless the product expressly says otherwise.

Use the photographs only as authorized by the applicable license or a separate agreement. Preserve the artist signature and other identifying marks. Include photography credit when the applicable license requires it. Do not intentionally remove identifying marks. Unavoidable changes made by a platform when displaying a properly licensed image do not by themselves breach this requirement.

Do not share the original download access, full resolution files, or collection ZIP with others unless your license or a separate agreement expressly allows it. This does not take away licensed personal social posting, licensed band promotion, or sharing with press and collaborators where the applicable license permits that use. You may share the public gallery or product page link.

Do not resell the files, offer them as downloads, grant others a new license, or claim authorship unless that permission is expressly included in your license or separately agreed.

The public PREVIEW overlay is used to protect gallery images. Where the product description specifies delivery without that overlay, the delivered photographs do not include the large PREVIEW overlay. The existing artist signature remains as described for the product. Read the product description for its actual files, formats, and delivery details.

These terms apply prospectively when accepted for a purchase or courtesy delivery. They do not cancel or rewrite permissions already granted. If an earlier agreement or your intended use needs clarification, contact Michael Mester before delivery or before using the photographs beyond the clearly agreed scope.

Product specific permissions govern where they grant a use that these general terms would otherwise restrict.

Private courtesy codes are intended only for their designated recipient. Please do not share, post, or forward those codes or private download links. A code described as single use permits one total successful redemption, after which it cannot be redeemed again. Whoever redeems such a code first uses that redemption. A single redemption means one complimentary checkout, not one viewing of the photographs. Any expiration date stated with the offer also applies. The photographs remain subject to the agreed license.
